Pickup is by appointment once your order is complete.

Material & Construction
Every pieces is built using solid wood (combination of pine, spruce/fir) - no particle board, MDF, or veneers.

Deposits & Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your order
- The remaining 50% is due at pickup after inspection
- Deposits are non-refundable once your build is confirmed
This structure ensures your place in our build schedule and secures the purchase of your needed materials.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each piece is custom-built:
- Orders cannot be returned once completed and picked up
- Additions and changes can be made prior to production
- Cancellations may not be possible once materials are purchased or the build has started
