3. Secure Your Build Spot

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your place in our build queue.

4. We Will Send You a Personalized Email

Once we personally review your order, we will be in touch to introduce ourselves, ask questions or request additional information should we require for your build.  We will also provide you with your estimated completion date.

5. We Build Your Bedroom Furniture

Each piece is handcrafted with care using solid wood and proven construction methods.

6. Final Payment at Pickup

The remaining balance is due when you arrive to pick up your completed order.

Build times can vary depending on current order volume.

• Most builds begin approximately 3 weeks after your deposit is received
• You will be updated if timelines shift based on demand
• We prioritize quality and precision over rushing builds

We specialize in building bedroom furniture that fit your space.

• Custom sizes and dimensions are available
• Storage options, headboards, and layout adjustments can be discussed
• Changes or additions can be made up until production begins

All orders are pickup only at the time of completion.

• Your bed will be fully assembled upon arrival
• You will have the opportunity to inspect everything and see how it fits together
• We will assist with loading and securing your furniture
• Pickup times are flexible and arranged with you in advance

Pickup is by appointment once your order is complete.

For privacy and safety, our exact address is not listed publicly, but will be provided within your Order Confirmation Email.

Material & Construction

Every pieces is built using solid wood (combination of pine, spruce/fir) - no particle board, MDF, or veneers.

Deposits & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your order
• The remaining 50% is due at pickup after inspection
• Deposits are non-refundable once your build is confirmed

This structure ensures your place in our build schedule and secures the purchase of your needed materials.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each piece is custom-built:

• Orders cannot be returned once completed and picked up
• Additions and changes can be made prior to production
• Cancellations may not be possible once materials are purchased or the build has started
