Deposits & Cancellations

All furniture is custom-built to order.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and reserve your place in our production schedule.

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hour of placing the order for a full refund, provided that materials have not yet been purchased.

After 24 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as materials sourcing, order planning, and production scheduling begin shortly after an order is confirmed.

Production typically begins approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the deposit is received, depending on current workload.  However, cancellation eligibility is not tied to the production start date, but to the order confirmation and preparation process.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.  The remaining balance remains the responsibility of the customer.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
