Delivery and Set-up

We offer convenient delivery and set-up services for a fee.

At this time, this services is limited to Edmonton area up to a 300 kilometer radius around Edmonton.

This service is offered two weeks out of each month. If you have purchased our delivery service, your delivery date may fall beyond your expected completion date.  This service involves the careful loading and securing of your furniture, driving the furniture to your location, unloading the furniture where our team of two will bring the furniture into your bedroom and set up the furniture.

Please consider the following:

• Although we try our best to meet our scheduled delivery times, delays do occur.  A message will always be sent to you once all is loaded and secured indicating we are on our way to you.  We request that you have flexibility beyond the scheduled delivery time.
• It is expected that you will have the access route from outside of your home to your bedroom cleared to bring the furniture in.  This includes having your driveway cleared or front street area cleared of vehicles, as well, clear of snow and ice.  Not only is this for safety reasons, we will also not risk damage to the furniture or damage to other vehicles by having to maneuver furniture across a road way or around or in-between vehicles.
• Prior to delivery, your bedroom should be clear of your old furniture to allow for the set up of your new furniture.
• We are very respectful to your home while making a delivery.  We take the utmost care to protect your walls and your flooring.  However, should a mishap occur, you agree by purchasing our delivery services, this is a risk of your consideration and is not a liability to be placed on Black Rabbit Custom Bedrooms.  
• It is advised that you stay present in the bedroom while a bed frame is being set up so you can see how the bed is put together should you want to take it apart to move it.
